“The AC40 is the culmination of 6 years’ experience and effort by the Emirates Team New Zealand design team since we first came up with the concept of a foiling monohull. The AC40 is particularly satisfying for us to see come to fruition, as this class is designed to be raced by AC teams and the private market. The AC40 will also be the perfect class for the Youth and Women’s AC as it brings performance and sailability.
